Jesus Racing - an exciting new venture from Bible Society NSW
Imagine making an impact for Jesus and the Gospel in the world of motor racing?
This is precisely what has happened this year with Andrew Fisher and his V8 Ute which took part in the Yokohama V8 Ute Racing Series over 8 rounds of racing. But this year has been about more than racing a V8 Ute around a race track.
Its been about:
- Putting the name of Jesus in front of a live audience of 1.5 million people around Australia
- Reaching a TV audience of 15 million plus viewers over the eight rounds of racing with the Jesus Ute
- Witnessing personally to fans and fellow drivers in the pits at each event
- Accepting invitations to speak at schools, churches and Christian outreach events
- Taking part in a five-day Jesus. All about life event in Tasmania to coincide with the end of the seven week Jesus. All about life campaign which ran across Tasmania from September 12th this year.
- Signing and handing out posters and testimony cards with scripture and the name of Jesus on them to hundreds of track-side fans and in schools
